Our loan agreement

(1) You must have identification to pawn. All pledges will be held at least 90 days, longer if the finance charges are paid. (2) In case of lost of ticket or change of address notify us immediately in writing. It is your responsibility to keep us informed of these events. (3) No pledges will be shown. Pawn tickets are not transferable unless properly endorsed. We have the right to demand identification upon redemption. (4) The pawnbroker shall not be liable for loss or damage caused by an act of God, burglary, theft, fire, or any unforeseen casualty beyond the control of the pawnbroker. (5) Pawn tickets must be signed by the person who originally made the loan.
ALL PLEDGED ITEMS MUST BE HELD 72 HOURS, EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. NO PLEDGES CHECKED OVER THE TELEPHONE. NO CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED ON LOANS.

Our purchase agreement

The seller attests that said item(s) are fully owned by the seller and are not stolen, borrowed, misrepresented, bogus, etc. Seller warrants and represent to the buyer that seller has full authority and lawful power to sell and shall deliver title to the above described property, free and clear of all claims, encumbrances, or indebtedness.
The seller certifies that he/she is at least 18 years of age.

CUSTOMER PRIVACY NOTICE

We collect non-public personal information about you as a consumer, customer, or former customer from the following sources:
• Information we receive from you on your pawn forms, loan documents, sales documents, or other forms.
• Information about your transaction with us, our affiliates, or others.
At no time do we disclose any non-public information about our customer or former customer to anyone, except as mandated by law. We restrict access to non-public personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or service to you. We maintain safeguards which restrict access to your non-public personal information.
 

Return policy

In store purchases (except items sold AS-IS) are granted 7 days to return for store credit only. Items being returned must be in the original purchased condition. Store credit is valid for 90 days.

Desktops and laptops come with 30 day repair or replacement warranty. You can exchange purchased computer for other model in 7 days, $55 restocking fee is applicable.
